[目的]观察犀角地黄汤联合抗结核治疗阴虚火旺肺结核咯血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。均常规基础抗结核治疗。对照组60例垂体后叶素24U+5%葡萄糖500mL,静滴;硝酸甘油5mg+5%葡萄糖250mL,静滴。治疗组60例犀角地黄汤(水牛角、生地黄各30g,赤芍12g,牡丹皮、茜草各10g,生地榆、槐花、白茅根各15g),1剂/d,水煎400m]L,早晚温服。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效23例,有效30例,无效7例,总有效率88.33%;对照组显效20例,有效24例,无效16例,总有效率73.33%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]犀角地黄汤联合抗结核治疗阴虚火旺型肺结核咯血,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。]观察白金定痫片联合西药治疗癫痫的疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按就诊先后简单随机分为两组。对照组30例,按照癫痫治疗规范采用西药治疗;治疗组30例,在对照组的基础上联合白金定痫片口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程,观察临床症状、发作频率、认知功能及不良反应。[结果]观察3个疗程后。临床症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),组问无明显差异(P>0.05)。发作频次对照组减少15例,稳定13例,增加2例,减少率50.00%;治疗组减少16例,稳定13例,增加1例,减少率53.33%;组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。MMSE评分治疗组明显改善(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。[结论]白金定痫片联合西药治疗癫痫,疗效较满意,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of rhino-horn-rhizoma dihuang decoction combined with anti-tuberculosis on yin deficiency and fire-ward pulmonary tuberculosis. In the control group, 20 cases were markedly effective, 24 cases were effective, 16 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 73.33% (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The rhino-horn-rehmanniae decoction combined with anti-tuberculosis treatment yinxuhuowang type tuberculosis hemoptysis, with satisfactory results, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting. ] Observed platinum epilepsy tablets combined with Western medicine treatment of epilepsy. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 60 inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups randomly according to the doctor’s first visit. The control group of 30 cases, according to the treatment of epilepsy with Western medicine treatment group; 30 cases of treatment group, based on the control group with platinum epileptic tablets oral. Continuous treatment of 30d for a course of treatment, observation of clinical symptoms, seizure frequency, cognitive function and adverse reactions. [Results] After 3 courses of treatment. Clinical symptom scores were improved in both groups (P <0.01), there was no significant difference between groups (P> 0.05). The seizure frequency was decreased in 15 cases in the control group, 13 cases were stable, 2 cases were increased, the reduction rate was 50.00%. The treatment group decreased in 16 cases, stabilized in 13 cases and increased in 1 case, with a reduction rate of 53.33%. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) . MMSE score treatment group significantly improved (P <0.05), the control group had no significant change (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Platinum Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of epilepsy is more satisfactory and worthy of promotion.
