据悉,中央纪委近日已下发通知,要求有关部门着力解决评比达标表彰活动过多过滥问题。这个通知的出台恰逢其时。评比达标表彰活动,早已成为许多部门、地方的工作“惯例”:年初发个评比通知,年中走走看看,年底再搞个表彰,热热闹闹,皆大欢喜。种类繁多、五花八门的评比达标表彰活动,不少都没有实际意义和效果,只做表面文章、耍花架子,非但起不到应有的激励、鼓舞作用,相反还会造成负面影响,其显而易见的恶果是:
