目的:探讨辅助性T淋巴细胞亚群Th1和Th2两类细胞因子在喉癌发生发展中的可能作用,检测其在喉癌组织中的基因表达。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RTPCR)技术,检测正常人及喉癌组织中Th1和Th2的表达。结果:20例喉癌组织中,以IL2和IFNγ为主的介导细胞免疫的Th1类细胞因子,呈强势表达,而以IL6和IL10为主的介导体液免疫的Th2类细胞因子基本不表达或表达较弱。结论:喉癌组织Th1类细胞因子呈强势表达,可能是喉癌患者免疫功能相对较强,预后相对较好的原因之一。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the possible role of Th1 and Th2 cytokines in the development of laryngeal carcinoma, and to detect the gene expression in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expression of Th1 and Th2 in normal human and laryngeal carcinoma was detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR). Results Th1 cytokines mediated by IL2 and IFNγ were predominantly expressed in 20 laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas, whereas Th2 cytokines mediated mainly by IL6 and IL10 mainly did not express Th2 cytokines Or weaker expression. Conclusion: The strong expression of Th1 cytokines in laryngeal carcinoma may be one of the reasons that immune function in laryngeal cancer patients is relatively strong and the prognosis is relatively good.
