目的:了解出生缺陷三级干预管理对减少周岁内缺陷儿发生、出生的影响,为今后调整完善干预对策提供依据。方法:采用回顾性调查,在2006～2010年原有围产缺陷儿监测的基础上,对同期<28孕周和生后7天～周岁内缺陷儿检出情况进行补漏调查。结果:本溪市周岁内缺陷儿检出率:2006年17.17‰,2010年15.04‰;周岁内缺陷儿出生率:2006年12.25‰,2010年9.42‰,周岁内缺陷儿发生率和出生率均呈下降趋势。结论:加强出生缺陷三级干预管理是有效减低缺陷儿发生率、出生率和致残率的前提和保障。
Objective: To understand the impact of tertiary management of birth defects on the occurrence and birth of defects in infancy, and to provide basis for adjusting and perfecting intervention measures in the future. Methods: A retrospective survey was conducted to investigate the detection of defective children within <28 gestational weeks and within 7 days after birth on the basis of previous monitoring of perinatal defects in 2006 ~ 2010. Results: The detection rate of defective children in Benxi was 17.17% in 2006 and 15.04% in 2010, the birth rate of infants in infancy was 12.25% in 2006 and 9.42% in 2010, and the incidence of birth defects and infants in infancy decreased . Conclusions: Strengthening tertiary management of birth defects is the prerequisite and guarantee for effectively reducing the incidence, birth rate and disability rate of defective children.
