随着改革、开放形势的发展,学校教育面临着如何适应新特点,注入新内容的问题,这也是我们班主任工作的新课题。为了培养学生自己去发现问题、提出设想、敢于探索的精神,我在班上开展了“一分钟演讲会”活动,事先我向同学们提出:不用发言稿,伹要有条理地发个言,简明扼要地表达一个中心,可以反映一个要求,提出一项建议,也可以摆出一种观点,评论一种行为,谈设想、议新事……同学们经过10分钟的紧张思维,都兴致勃勃地紧接着登台演讲。
