重视抓好连队党支部建设,是我军的优良传统和特有的政治优势。预备役连队的预建党支部,是连队统一领导和团结的核心,党支部建设是基层建设的关键环节。因此,加强预备役连队党支部建设,必须从实际出发,积极借助地方党建工作平台,努力探寻富有预备役部队特色、适合预备役部队特点的建设路子。结合近年来的工作实践,笔者认为应从以下几个方面做好工作。 Paying attention to the construction of the party branch of the company is an excellent tradition and a unique political advantage of our army.
