本研究以赤峰市蒙古族学校教师作为调研对象,考查了教师们对民族文化价值的认识,民族学校的教育哲学定位,以及民族学校传承民族文化的方式和校本课程、校本教材研发的现状。调查发现,在民族学校教育体系中,并没有形成有利于民族文化传承的课程理念以及课程体系。本研究提出改变现状,要完善民族学校教育哲学,加强校本课程开发、校本教材研发两点建议。
This research takes the Mongolian school teachers in Chifeng as the research object, examines the teachers’ cognition of the national cultural values, the educational philosophy orientation of the national schools, the way of inheriting the national culture in ethnic schools and the current situation of school-based curriculum and school-based teaching materials research and development. The survey found that in the national school education system, there is no curriculum concept and curriculum system conducive to the inheritance of national culture. This study proposes to change the status quo, to improve the philosophy of education in ethnic schools, to strengthen school-based curriculum development, school-based teaching materials research and development of two suggestions.
