目的:研究黑乳海参中海参皂苷类活性成分。方法:以稻瘟霉分生孢子活性追踪结果为指导,运用多种层析分离技术和光谱学方法对黑乳海参中的海参皂苷性成分进行分离并鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定了12个化合物,包括7个新的海参皂苷(nobiliside D-J)。所有皂苷类化合物均对稻瘟霉有活性,且对P388小鼠白血病和A549人肺癌细胞株具有显著或较强的细胞毒作用。结论:通过该研究为研制新的抗肿瘤药物提供了先导化合物,为充分开发利用我国的海洋生物资源提供了物质基础和科学依据。
Objective: To study the active ingredients of sea cucumber saponins in black milk sea cucumber. Methods: Using the tracing results of the conidia activity of Pyricularia oryzae as guide, a variety of chromatographic separation techniques and spectroscopy methods were used to isolate and identify the structure of sea cucumber saponin from the black milk sea cucumber. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified, including seven new nobiliside D-Js. All saponins were active against Pyricularia oryzae and had significant or strong cytotoxic effects on P388 mouse leukemia and A549 human lung cancer cell lines. Conclusion: This study provides lead compounds for the development of new anti-tumor drugs, providing a material basis and scientific basis for the full development and utilization of China’s marine biological resources.
