在分析传统模块化设计方法不足的基础上,研究面向性能优化的复杂产品模块化配置过程,提出基于信息关联图的复杂产品功能分解方法,对复杂产品模块的接口性能参数进行关联分析,并采用优化准则法对复杂产品的配置性能进行优化迭代,以获得配置方案的满意解。在上述基础上,以液压挖掘机工作装置模块化配置为例进行应用实践。结果表明,上述方法可在保证复杂产品性能可靠的前提下实现快速设计。
Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional modular design methods, this paper studies the process of modular configuration of complex products oriented to performance optimization, proposes a method of decomposing complex products based on information association graph, correlates the interface performance parameters of complex product modules, The optimization criterion method optimizes and iterates on the configuration performance of complex products to obtain a satisfactory solution to the configuration scheme. Based on the above, the hydraulic excavator working device modular configuration as an example to carry out the application of practice. The results show that the above method can achieve rapid design while ensuring the reliable performance of complex products.
