Leu7是一种IgM类鼠单克隆抗体(mAb),能识别自然杀伤(NK)细胞,亦可与人皮肤中的神经组织成分结合.已证实在外周神经系统中,此mAb尤与许旺氏细胞及髓鞘反应,而另一种NK细胞mAb(VEP13)不显示这种交叉反应.本文作者研究了Leu7和另一种NK细胞的标Leu11在正常皮肤中(特别对毛囊的神经分布)作了研究.作者从12人取得正常头皮,快速冷冻,连续的纵和横冰冻切片供标准间接免疫过氧化物酶试验用.NK标记的阳性对照包括基底细胞癌、扁平苔藓、异位性皮炎、人的同种皮肤移植物和一种外源性色素性皮肤病的标本.用Leu7对3个头皮标本的常规石蜡包埋材料标记皮肤神经的效果,用过氧化物酶抗过氧化物酶技术得到肯定.结果显示:Leu7和Leu11对标记阳性NK细胞染色型基本相
