通过对某铅酸蓄电池厂2009—2011年工作场所铅烟(尘)浓度检测,评价局部排风系统整改效果。结果显示,2009年检测铅烟(尘)点合格率为40.7%。2010年和2011年对局部排风系统整改后检测,铅烟(尘)点合格率分别升至85.7%和98.0%,局部排风系统防护效果显著。该厂如按建议完善超标岗位防护设施,工作场所铅浓度合格率有望进一步提高,可有效控制铅职业危害。
Through the lead-acid battery factory in 2009-2011 workplace lead smoke (dust) concentration testing, evaluation of local ventilation system rectification effect. The results show that in 2009 the test lead (dust) point pass rate of 40.7%. In 2010 and 2011, after partial rectification and testing of the exhaust system, the passing rates of lead (dust) points rose to 85.7% and 98.0% respectively, and the local exhaust ventilation system showed significant protective effect. If the factory according to the recommendations to improve the protection of excessive posts, lead concentration in the workplace is expected to further improve the pass rate, which can effectively control the occupational hazards of lead.
