1962年6、9、10月三个单位先后发生四起食物中毒,根据调查均证实系嗜盐性菌所引起。现将调查结果简要综述如下:一、流行病学调查及引起食物中毒主要原因1.一般流行情况:根据三个单位报告,其中二起发生在6月份,二起是发生国庆节会餐之后,中毒人数共149名,各占就餐人数的31.4%、34.2%和91.7%。引起中毒的食品是炒蟹、拌海蜇头、炸黄鱼等。2.这些食品的采购、制作都不合乎卫生要求。
