疟疾曾是湖南严重危害人民群众身体健康和生命安全的主要虫媒传染病之—.经过几代专业技术人员的共同努力,湖南省疟疾流行得到了有效控制,2002年全省122个县(市、区)达到卫生部颁布的基本消灭疟疾标准.2010年湖南省启动消除疟疾行动计划(2010-2020).为满足消除疟疾工作需要,湖南省通过分级培训的方式开展了各种技术培训,累计培训各级镜检员13 269人次,临床医生52 524人次,疟疾防治人员23 122人次.全省基本建成较为完善的省、市、县、乡四级疟疾镜检网络系统,每年均按照指标要求开展血检工作,2010-2016年共血检发热病人567 348人,检出疟疾病人1 064例,检出率为0.20‰.全省各级疾病预防控制机构广泛宣传疟疾危害和防治知识,结合“4.26”全国疟疾宣传日,每年均开展大规模的宣传活动,2010-2015年湖南省累计发放健教材料5 022 411份.采取加强疟疾输入病例监测和处置,蚊媒监测等综合有效防控措施,逐步推进消除疟疾工作,取得了显著成效.“,”Objective Malaria once was one of the major infectious diseases that seriously endangered the health and safety of the people in Hunan Province.Through the joint efforts of several generations of professional technicians,the malaria epidemic in Hunan Province has been effectively controlled.In 2002,122 counties (cities and districts) in the province met the basic malaria elimination standards promulgated by the Ministry of Health.In 2010,Hunan Province launched the Malaria Elimination Action Plan (2010-2020).To meet the need to eliminate malaria,the province has conducted a variety of technical training through graded training,including 13 269 person-times of microscopy members,52 524 person-times of physicians,23 122 person-times of malaria control personnel at all levels.The provincial,city,county and township level malaria microscopy network systems have been basically established.Each year,according to the requirements,the blood tests were performed.From 2010 to 2016,a total of 567 348 febrile patients were tested and 1 064 malaria patients were found,with the detection rate of 0.20‰.In addition,the mass health education activities for malaria hazards and malaria prevention and control were carried out,especially on the National Malaria Awareness Day,“4.26”.From 2010 to 2015,5 022 411 health education materials were issued in Hunan Province.The comprehensive and effective prevention and control measures,such as strengthening the monitoring and disposal of imported malaria cases and the monitoring of mosquito vectors,have been gradually promoted for the malaria elimination and the remarkable results have been achieved.
