输水规模亚洲第1的上海青草沙五号沟泵站桩基施工具有桩数多、间距小,工期紧、工艺复杂等特点。为此,在试桩工程中,用扩底桩玻璃钢夹砂双套管替代常规钢套管,作为隔离桩体周边水土摩阻力的材料,精确反应了桩基的设计极限承载力。五号沟泵站桩基的顺利施工,为今后同类工程提供了新的思路。
Water delivery scale The No. 1 Shanghai Qingcaosha Gully Pumping Station pile foundation construction in Shanghai has the characteristics of many piles, small spacing, tight construction schedule and complex technology. Therefore, in the test pile project, replacing the conventional steel sleeve with the double steel-fiber reinforced cementing pile with double-bottom piles as the material to separate the water and soil friction resistance around the pile body accurately reflects the design ultimate bearing capacity of pile foundation. The smooth construction of pile foundations of Pumping Station at Wuleugou provides new ideas for similar projects in the future.
