目的探讨艾盒灸配合中药涂药对闭合性软组织损伤的应用及护理效果。方法 70例闭合性软组织损伤患者,根据护理方法的不同将患者分为实验组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用传统方法 ,实验组采用艾盒灸配合中药涂药进行辅助治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、住院时间、功能恢复及疼痛缓解时间、护理满意度等情况。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为94.3%,明显高于对照组的45.7%,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05);实验组住院时间、功能恢复及疼痛缓解时间明显短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理满意度为91.4%,明显高于对照组的71.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾盒灸配合中药涂药应用于闭合性软组织损伤治疗中不仅操作简单,而且效果较好,经济实惠,患者较易接受,值得在临床应用。 Objective To investigate the application of Ai Box moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine on closed soft tissue injury and its nursing effect. Methods Seventy patients with closed soft tissue injury were divided into experimental group and control group according to different nursing methods, with 35 cases in each group. The control group using traditional methods, the experimental group using Ai box moxibustion with Chinese medicine for adjuvant treatment. The therapeutic effects, hospitalization time, functional recovery, pain relief time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (45.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The hospitalization time, functional recovery and pain relief time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group Statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 91.4%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.4%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Ai box moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine coating applied to the treatment of closed soft tissue injury is not only simple operation, but also better, affordable, patients are more acceptable, it is worth in clinical application.
