西合线的西安至南阳段全长404 km,有隧道73座,总长80.025 km。这里只介绍其中几座有特点的隧道。 1.东秦岭隧道 东秦岭隧道是穿越秦岭的双线铁路隧道,全长12 268 m,该隧道是全线的重点工程,施工总工期为58.32个月。经多方案比较,采用双线隧道加设平导的施工方案,平导在正线右侧30 m,长12 270 m。平导在施工中主要是辅助正洞施工,同时起到通风、排水、超前探明地质等作用;而在运营中则起到辅助正洞排水、防灾、救援等作用。为了节约投资,平导采用不同断面:两端采用适合门架式台车的大断面,中间部分因辅助正洞施工采用小断面贯通平导。
The west section of Xi’an-Nanyang section is 404 km in length with 73 tunnels with a total length of 80.025 km. Here are just a few of the featured tunnels. 1. East Qinling Tunnel The East Qinling Tunnel is a two-lane railway crossing the Qinling River with a total length of 12,268 m. The tunnel is a key project across the board with a total construction period of 58.32 months. After comparing with many schemes, a double-lane tunnel was used to set up a flat-led construction plan. The flat guide was 30 m on the right side of the main line and 12 270 m long. In the course of construction, the horizontal guideline mainly assists the construction of the normal tunnel and at the same time plays the role of ventilation, drainage and geological exploration ahead of schedule. In operation, it also plays an auxiliary role in drainage, disaster prevention and rescue. In order to save investment, the use of different cross-section: the use of suitable at both ends of the gantry trolley large section, the middle part of the auxiliary hole is due to the construction of small sections through the flat guide.
