报告104例206眼放射状角膜切开术后2年散光的变化。术前平均散光0．81D，术后1周、1月、3月，6月、1年、2年平均散光依次为1．23D、123D、0．94D、0．87D和0．82D。术后2年散光增加者56眼（27．2％），下降45眼（21．8％），不变105眼（51％）。循规性散光术前平均0．84D，术后0．78D；反规性散光术前平均0．74D，术后1．10D。术后散光变化与术前散光轴向、术中微穿孔，切口深度不等及切口不均有关，而与术前屈光度及年龄无关。
A report of 104 cases of 206 eyes with radial corneal incision 2 years after astigmatism changes. The average preoperative astigmatism 0.81D, 1 week after surgery, January, March, June, 1 year, 2 years average astigmatism followed by 1.23D, 123D, 0.94D, 0.87D and 0.82D. There were 56 eyes (27.2%) with astigmatism increase in 2 years after operation, 45 eyes (21.8%) and 105 eyes (51%) unchanged. The average pre-astigmatism 0.84D, postoperative 0.78D; anti-retrograde astigmatism an average of 0.74D, postoperative 1.10D. Postoperative astigmatism changes with axial preoperative astigmatism, intraoperative micro-perforation, incision depth and uneven incision, but with preoperative refraction and age has nothing to do.
