我院亚急性毒理实验中,在200只Wistar大鼠群中暴发急性、多种类型的化脓性感染,发病率高达50％以上,经处理取得较好疗效。 1 感染原因:(1)实验方法操作不当,采血次数频繁损伤皮下组织严重;(2)无菌操作和器械消毒不严;(3)饲养密度拥挤,又值高温季节,通风和卫生状况不佳。 2 发病类型;根据75只Wistar大鼠的感染部位及病变表现分为:(1)全尾感染化脓50只,后肢内侧7只,化脓区均呈不规则 Subacute toxicology in our hospital, in 200 Wistar rat outbreaks of acute, multiple types of purulent infection, the incidence of up to 50% or more, the treatment achieved better results. 1 causes of infection: (1) improper operation of the experimental methods, frequent blood loss of subcutaneous tissue was severely damaged; (2) sterile operation and equipment disinfection is not strict; (3) feeding density crowded, the value of high season, poor ventilation and sanitation .
