宫内节育器（IUD）在我国避孕措施中占有重要地位、传统常规放置IUD时间是在月经干净3～7天,仅短短的5天时间。为了探索月经周期中大部分时间放置IUD的可行性,我们观察了在月经期及月经干净7天后至月经周期20天内放置IUD的临床效果和副反应,结果如下。
IUD (IUD) occupies an important position in the contraceptive measures in China, the traditional IUD time is placed in the menstrual clean 3 to 7 days, only a short period of 5 days. To explore the feasibility of placing the IUD most of the menstrual cycle, we looked at the clinical and side effects of IUD placement during the menstrual period and after a period of 7 days of menstruation to 20 days of the menstrual cycle.
