目的了解重庆市城乡社区卫生服务中心全科医生的需求现状,建立能胜任社区医疗卫生工作岗位的全科医学专业人才培养方案。方法随机抽取社区卫生服务机构12个、近三年走入工作岗位的社区全科医生12名及随机拦截就诊居民60名,采用问卷调查和个别访谈的方法,以了解社区卫生服务机构全科医生的需求现状、全科医生的诊疗水平和操作技能及所提供卫生服务的质量。结果社区卫生服务机构均为综合性的社区医院;全科医生是医疗战线上的主要力量,新进的全科医生重疾病临床治疗、却轻疾病预防保健,提供的卫生服务不全面。结论社区卫生服务机构对全科医生需求量较大,现有全科医生临床诊疗水平、操作技能和服务质量有待于进一步提高,建立一支真正的全科医生队伍迫在眉睫。
Objective To understand the demand status of general practitioners in urban and rural community health service centers in Chongqing and to establish a program to train general practitioners in community health and medical work. Methods Twelve community health service agencies, 12 community general practitioners who entered the workforce in the recent three years, and 60 residents randomly intercepted were selected randomly from the community health service agencies. Through questionnaires and individual interviews, The status of demand, the level of general practitioner consultation and skills and the quality of health services provided. Results The community health service agencies were all comprehensive community hospitals. The general practitioners were the main force in the medical field. Newly-generalized GPs were treated clinically for serious diseases, but the disease prevention and care was light, and the health services provided were not comprehensive. Conclusion Community health service providers are in great demand of general practitioners, and the current clinical diagnosis and treatment level, operation skills and service quality of general practitioners need to be further improved. It is imminent to establish a true team of GPs.
