作为国民经济的细胞──企业,要在竞争中求生存,求发展,实现经济增长方式的转变,一靠科技进步,二靠科学管理,三靠先进装备,四靠高素质人才。其中关键是人才,人才到位了,职工素质提高了,其它问题也就容易解决了。我国经济建设的实践已经证明了这一点。因此说,人才开发是企业发展与争雄的利器。因此,作为企业进行人才开发的主渠道──职工培训,将越发受到企业家们的重视。如何围绕经济增长方式转变这一根本目标,探讨职工培训的新思路,是摆在企业首脑面前一个意味深长的课题。一、人才观念什么是人才?就企业而言,最具实际意义的也是最缺少的是应用型人才,即善于将现代科技、现代管理思想转化为生产力,转化为最终产品,创造出经济效益的人物。优秀的管理者是人才,优秀的技术人员是人才,优秀的工人同样也是人才。人才是人群中的活化分子,其本质特征体现在主动性和创造性方面。
