结合文献介绍肾病综合征、慢性肾衰、急性肾衰等的脂代谢紊乱及其机理,并对这种脂代谢紊乱引起进行性肾损伤的可能机理进行简要阐述。
Combined with the literature on nephrotic syndrome, chronic renal failure, acute renal failure and other lipid metabolism disorder and its mechanism, and this lipid metabolism disorders caused by the possibility of progressive renal injury are briefly described.
