针对顶部驱动可靠性及工作环境要求以及现有顶驱背钳夹持范围小,夹紧性能不稳定,。安全性差,人工参与较多,易出现打滑,磨损钳牙、钻杆等问题,研制了一种新型顶部驱动系统背钳装置。该装置采用全液压驱动技术,具有结构简单,功能齐全,现场使用维护方便,自动化程度高等特点。结果表明:该装置完全满足钻井作业中上卸扣功能,并且具有良好的针对性和实用性,各项技术指标均达到设计要求。
For the top of the drive reliability and work environment requirements and the existing top drive back clamp small clamping range, the clamping performance is not stable. Poor safety, more manual participation, prone to slippage, wear pliers, drill pipe and other issues, developed a new top drive system back clamp device. The device uses full hydraulic drive technology, with a simple structure, full-featured, easy to use on-site maintenance, high degree of automation and so on. The results show that the device fully meets the shackle function in drilling operation, has good pertinence and practicability, and all the technical indexes meet the design requirements.
