文章通过文献资料法,问卷调查法,专家访谈法和比较分析法,对普通高校开展“阳光体育运动”的现状进行抽样调查,发现许多体育工作者对“阳光体育运动”的真正内涵的理解存在误区。本研究还分析和总结了在活动开展过程中遇到的问题进行。建议开展“阳光体育运动”要重视发挥其精神价值,并与“终身体育”相结合,从而真正达到增强人民体制的目的。
Through literature survey, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and comparative analysis, this paper conducts a sample survey on the current situation of “Sunshine Sports ” in colleges and universities and finds that many sportsmen are genuinely aware of “Sunshine Sports Connotation of understanding there are errors. This study also analyzes and summarizes the problems encountered during the activity. Proposed to carry out ”Sunshine Sports “ should give full play to their spiritual value, and ”lifelong sports " combined, so as to truly achieve the purpose of strengthening the people’s system.
