培养学生自主能力,是当今社会改革发展的需求,是现代教育改革和发展的要求,以自主发展作为教育的基本价值设定,是学校教育者的理想与情怀。众多基层学校对学校在新一轮课程改革十余年中就如何更好培养学生自主能力做出了不懈的探索、实践,其中教学管理是学校办学目标实践的具体实现手段,聚焦学校教学管理中制约学生自主发展的问题,合理调适,纠正偏失,有助于学校合理定位,科学实施,从而对学生自主发展产生积极影响。
To cultivate students’ autonomous ability is the demand of social reform and development in today’s society and the requirement of the reform and development of modern education.
