对283名农村体育教师的职业压力与职业倦怠状况进行调查研究,旨在了解我国农村体育教师的职业压力与职业倦怠的一般情况,考察两者的关系,寻求应对对策。结果发现:1)农村体育教师职业压力总体感觉属于中等偏强程度,可见教师层次、教龄、职称和学历等人口学特征的差异;2)农村体育教师体验着中等程度的职业倦怠,其中以情绪疲惫维度和少成就感维度更为明显,不见性别、类型、层次、职称、学历、教龄等人口学特征的差异;3)农村体育教师的职业压力和产生的倦怠感一是缺乏社会支持的结果;二是付出——回报不平衡的结果;三是系统作用的结果。需要通过政府层面、学校层面和个人层面“三管齐下”的举措来缓解或消除。
This paper investigates the occupational stress and job burnout of 283 rural PE teachers in order to understand the general situation of occupational stress and job burnout of rural PE teachers in our country and investigate the relationship between the two and seek for countermeasures. The results showed that: 1) The overall feeling of occupational stress in PE teachers in rural areas belongs to the middle-strong degree, showing the differences in demographic characteristics such as teachers’ level, teaching age, professional title and educational level; 2) Rural PE teachers experience moderate job burnout, The dimensions of exhaustion and less accomplishment is more obvious, but there is no difference in demographic characteristics such as gender, type, level, title, education level and teaching age; 3) Occupational stress and burnout among rural PE teachers are the result of lack of social support ; Second is to pay - returns the result of the imbalance; third is the result of the system. It needs to be mitigated or eliminated through government-level, school-level and personal-level initiatives.
