肾结石是泌尿外科常见疾病,其中草酸钙结石最常见,肾草酸钙结石的发生伴随着肾小管上皮损伤等病理过程。丛生蛋白是一种广泛存在于人体组织和体液中的凋亡相关蛋白,丛生蛋白在药物介导的肾损害模型动物血液及尿液中表达明显升高,并被美国FDA批准为预测药物性肾损害的生物标志物(非临床应用)~([1])。因此,丛生蛋白有可能参与了肾结石的发生,并可能可以作为肾结石早期诊断的标志物。我们对肾草酸钙结石和非泌尿系结石患者尿液中丛生蛋白的水平进行比较,并做比较分析。
Kidney stone is a common urological disease, of which the most common calcium oxalate stones, renal calcium oxalate stones accompanied by tubular epithelial injury and other pathological processes. Clumping protein is a kind of apoptosis-related protein widely existed in human tissues and body fluids. The expression of clumsy protein in blood and urine of drug-induced renal damage model animal was significantly increased and was approved by the FDA for the prediction of drug-induced kidney Damage biomarkers (nonclinical) ~ ([1]). Therefore, clusterin may be involved in the occurrence of kidney stones, and may be used as a marker of early diagnosis of kidney stones. We compared urinary levels of clusterin in patients with nephrotic stone and non-urolithiasis and compared them for comparative analysis.
