聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(EMA-GMA)无规三元共聚物通过简单的熔融共混,制备了一系列不同配比的共混物。利用动态力学分析(DMA)、拉伸测试以及热重分析(TGA)分别表征了共混物的阻尼性能、常温力学性能以及热稳定性。结果表明,共混物在80~120℃具有很好的阻尼性能,热分解温度高于300℃。同时利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了不同组分共混物的相结构,对其进行了分析,证明了PMMA和EMA-GMA具有良好的相容性。最后初步测试了共混物的剪切粘接强度和T型剥离强度,结果显示共混物具有很好的粘接性能。
A series of blends of different proportions were prepared by simple melt blending of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) and ethylene-methyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate (EMA-GMA) random terpolymer Things. Damping properties, mechanical properties at room temperature and thermal stability of the blends were characterized by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), tensile test and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The results show that the blend has good damping properties at 80 ~ 120 ℃ and the thermal decomposition temperature is higher than 300 ℃. The phase structures of the blends of different components were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the phase compositions of the blends were analyzed to prove that PMMA and EMA-GMA have good compatibility. Finally, the shear bond strength and T-peel strength of the blends were tested. The results showed that the blends had good adhesion properties.
