一般情况下,在钻井时为了保证不发生井喷事故,所使用的钻井液比重较大,对地层的伤害比较大,同时对地层也有一定的污染,所以如何实现在欠平衡条件下进行钻井成为亟待解决的问题。本文对在欠平衡条件下用斜井打开油气层的工艺进行了分析,主要讲述在欠平衡条件下打开油气层的优越性、漏失压力以及所允许的欠平衡值。介绍了欠平衡钻井的密闭循环系统原理以及所研究的最新成果。
Under normal circumstances, in order to ensure that there is no blowout accident during drilling, the proportion of drilling fluid used is relatively large, and the damage to the formation is relatively large. At the same time, it also causes some pollution to the formation. Therefore, how to realize drilling under the unbalanced conditions is urgently needed solved problem. In this paper, we analyze the process of opening an oil and gas reservoir with an inclined shaft under an unbalanced condition, and mainly describe the advantages of opening an oil and gas reservoir under an unbalanced condition, the pressure loss and the allowable underbalance value. The principle of closed circulation system of underbalanced drilling and the latest research results are introduced.
