目的:研究案例导入方法对在校学生学习心肺复苏技术达标率的效果,以探讨增强学生对院前急救患者的判断及应变处理能力的培训方法。方法:选取广东省佛山市第一人民医院附近的初中及小学6年级学生620人,采用心肺复苏急救模拟人,以不同的培训方法将学生随机分为对照组(n=311)和实验组(n=309),对照组采用传统心肺复苏教学方法,实验组采取案例导入的培训方法,从掌握理论知识、摆放体位、环境评估、判断患者意识、呼救方法、胸外心脏按压、开放气道等方面进行统计分析,比较两组学生掌握心肺复苏技术的达标率。结果:实验组学生摆放体位、环境评估、判断患者意识、胸外心脏按压、开放气道及达标率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :与传统教学方法相比较,采用案例导入方式培训在校学生的心肺复苏技术可明显提高达标率,建议推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of case introduction method on CPR rate of students studying in school so as to explore ways to enhance students’ ability to judge and respond to prehospital emergency patients. Methods: 620 junior and senior high school students in the vicinity of First People ’s Hospital of Foshan City, Guangdong Province were selected. The cardiopulmonary resuscitation first - aid simulator was adopted. Students were randomly divided into control group (n = 311) and experimental group n = 309). The control group received traditional cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching. The experimental group adopted a case-based training method. From the perspective of mastering theoretical knowledge, placing body position and environmental assessment, judging patient awareness, calling for help, chest compressions, open airways And other aspects of statistical analysis, comparison of two groups of students to master the compliance rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Results: The experimental group placed body position, environmental assessment, patient awareness, chest compressions, open airways and compliance rate were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the traditional teaching methods, the case-based approach of training CPR students in school can significantly improve the compliance rate, and it is suggested to be popularized and applied.
