根据新疆核桃加工现状,介绍了6HT-600型核桃破壳加工成套设备的关键设备和操作要点。对核桃精深加工的关键技术—核桃破壳技术进行试验研究,以扎343号核桃为原料,利用新疆农业科学院农业机械化研究所研制的核桃破壳加工成套设备,通过单因素试验和正交实验,确定核桃破壳加工的最佳工艺条件:生产率为600kg/h,破壳间隙为32mm,电机转速为1 300r/min。在此工艺条件下,1/2仁的得率为72%。
