回族婚姻习惯法受到伊斯兰教法的深刻影响。长期以来,回族婚姻习惯法已经被穆斯林普遍接受,并成为其生活准则的重要组成部分。笔者主要从回族婚姻习惯法的丰富内容,其在现代社会中的积极意义,其与国家法的矛盾与冲突及国家法对其应然态度几个方面来研究回族婚姻习惯法。 The Hui marriage customs law is deeply influenced by Islamic law. For a long time, the law of marriage customs of the Hui people has been universally accepted by Muslims and has become an important part of their living standards. The author mainly studies Hui nationality marriage customary law from the rich contents of the Hui marriage marriage customary law, its positive significance in the modern society, its conflicts and contradictions with the national law and its due attitude by the national law.
