我厂于1985年引进了一台美国LECO公司的RH-1E定氢仪,在经过安装调试后,按原测定方法进行了试验,结果不够理想,随后又作了一些试验研究,取得了一些经验,现简要介绍如下: 一、坩埚氢空白值的测定和扣除方法 1.原法空白值的扣除方法是先测7次以上坩埚空白值,稳定后,设定自动空白值扣除,出厂报告单上的除气电流是800A,实测LECO坩埚20次,能达到800A的只有3次,占15%,其余皆在750A以下,而且除气电流不能每次随意调整,空白值难以稳定,大约在0.15~0.78ppm之间波动。分析电流600或650A。
