目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定白芥子中芥子碱硫氰酸盐含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Aichrom Bond-AQ C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾(18:82),检测波长为326nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为25℃。结果:芥子碱硫氰酸盐进样量在0.4~2.0μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为97.36%,RSD=1.68%(n=6)。结论:本法快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于控制白芥子药材的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of sinapine thiocyanate in Brassica alba by RP-HPLC. Methods: The chromatographic column was Aichrom Bond-AQ C18(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1mol.L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (18:82). The detection wavelength was 326nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL. Min-1, column temperature 25°C. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the sinapine thiocyanate injection in the range of 0.4-2.0 μg and the integrated value of the peak area; the average recovery was 97.36%, and the RSD was 1.68% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is rapid, simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used to control the quality of mustard seeds.
