作为语文老师,又从事班主任工作多年,我一直尝试着将语文教学与班级工作合二为一,达到统一,利用其学科优势对学生进行无声的思想教育。特别是面临中考的学生心理压力大,情绪容易起伏,经常焦虑不安,班主任更应在平时的教学中不露痕迹地、随时随地对他们进行思想教育。一、以课前演讲为支点,寓思想教育于故事中在我的每节语文课前,均有一位同学演讲,演讲后,请他们讲出自己从中悟出了什么道理、有什么启发和收获。
As a language teacher, but also for many years as a teacher in charge of a class teacher, I have been trying to combine Chinese teaching with class work to achieve unity and make use of her disciplinary strengths to give students a silent ideological education. In particular, students facing senior high school entrance examination psychological pressure, emotional ups and downs, often anxious, class teacher should be in the usual teaching without any trace of their ideological education anytime, anywhere. First, to pre-lecture as a fulcrum, ideological education in the story in each of my Chinese class before the speech, there is a classmate speech, after the lecture, ask them to tell what they realized from the truth, what inspiration and harvest .
