食用香椿是一种多年生高档蔬菜,为我国传统的上等菜肴,食用器官为木本香椿树萌发的嫩芽,即新生茎叶的综合体,俗称椿芽,香椿头。香椿营养丰富,含有较多的胡萝卜素及维生素B、C等,具有清热解毒、健胃理气、消炎杀虫之功效。我市于2000年开始引进试种太和红油椿,发展良好,取得了较高的经济效益。现将四年来摸索出的栽培技术总结如下:
