2011年,中国石化先后发生了“五毛党”、“天价酒”、“奖金门”、“问题油”等事件。特别是“天价酒”事件,是一起典型的由一条帖文引出一条新闻线索,形成一起新闻事件,引发一次新闻危机,造成一场形象灾难的公共事件。事件情节起伏跌宕,一波三折,质疑说理,热点不断。其后果严重,教训深刻。对于企业进一步加强内部管理,提高与媒体打交道的能力,做好新闻工作,具有极强的借鉴作用。
