目的探讨血象中异型淋巴细胞(异淋)与淋巴细胞VCS参数及EB病毒(EBV)、巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染的关系。方法检查确认异型淋巴细胞存在的患儿淋巴细胞VCS参数以及EB病毒IGM(EBV-IgM)抗体、巨细胞病毒IGM(CMV-IgM)抗体的血清学变化。结果异淋占3%~6%组、异淋占6%~10%组和异淋≥10%组淋巴细胞平均体积(MLV)和淋巴细胞变异度(LVD)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。异淋占6%~10%组和异淋≥10%组与异淋≤3%和异淋占3%~6%组各组比较EBV-IgM抗体差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而CMV-IgM抗体有增加但不明显。结论 VCS(细胞体积V、高频电流C、激光散射S的合称)技术能够帮助我们判断异淋的存在与否和数量多少,结合异淋百分比与病毒感染的血清学变化及临床体征的相关性。可以早期诊断病毒感染,尤其是EB病毒的感染,避免误诊有一定的意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between heterotypic lymphocytes in blood and the VCS parameters of lymphocytes and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection. Methods We examined the VCS parameters of lymphocytes and the serological changes of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV-IgM) and cytomegalovirus (CMV-IgM) antibodies in children with atypical lymphocytes. Results The mean lymphocyte volume (MLV) and the degree of lymphocyte variation (LVD) were significantly different from those in the control group (3% to 6%), 6% to 10% Significance (P <0.05). There were significant differences in EBV-IgM antibody between different groups (6% -10% of heterotaxy and 10% of heterosexual group and ≤3% of heterosexual and 3% to 6% of heterosexual group) (P <0.05) . The CMV-IgM antibody increased but not obvious. Conclusion VCS (cell volume V, high-frequency current C, laser scattering S together) technology can help us to determine the presence and amount of heterosexuality, combined with heterosexual percentage and viral infection serological changes and clinical signs Sex. Early diagnosis of viral infections, especially the Epstein-Barr virus infection, to avoid misdiagnosis of a certain significance.
