对 2 4例肺鳞癌及其 6例淋巴结转移癌组织用免疫组织化学 S-P法检测了 Fas及 Fas L表达。结果显示 ,肺鳞癌高、中、低分化的 Fas L 阳性表达率分别为 33.33% (2 / 6)、30 .0 0 % (3/ 10 )、87.5 0 % (7/ 8) ,在低分化肺鳞癌组织的表达较中分化癌组织中高(P<0 .0 5 ) ;在有淋巴结转移的肺鳞癌组织中的 Fas阳性表达率为 16.67% (1/ 6) ,较无淋巴结转移的癌组织中的阳性表达率 83.33%(15 / 18)低 (P<0 .0 1)
The expressions of Fas and Fas L were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method in 24 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma and 6 cases of lymph node metastasis. The results showed that the positive rates of Fas L protein in lung squamous cell carcinoma were 33.33% (2/6), 30.0% (3/10) and 87.5 0% (7/8) The positive rate of Fas positive was 16.67% (1/6) in lung squamous cell carcinoma with lymph node metastasis, which was higher than that in moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05) (83.33% (15/18)) in the cancerous tissues (P <0.01)
