新颁布的《(3-6年级)科学课程标准》与以往的小学自然教学《大纲》相比,有着很大的不同。《科学课程标准》借鉴了国外关于科学教育的成功经验,对小学科学课程的基本理念、培养目标、内容标准和实施建议等做出一系列的规定,力图从知识与技能、过程与方法、情感、态度、价值观等几个方面来进行阐述,强调这门学科对学生终身学习与发展的价值,注重学生经验、学科知识和社会发展三方面内容的整合。
The newly promulgated (Grades 3-6) science curriculum standards are quite different from the previous Outline for Natural Teaching in Primary Schools. The Science Curriculum Standard draws on successful experiences of foreign countries in science education and makes a series of provisions on the basic concepts, training objectives, content standards and implementation suggestions of science curricula in primary schools, and tries hard to make a comprehensive analysis of knowledge and skills, processes and methods, emotions , Attitudes and values, emphasizing the value of this discipline for lifelong learning and development, and focusing on the integration of the three aspects of student experience, subject knowledge and social development.
