文献报道颅内多发动脉瘤的发生率为14%~34%,其中动脉瘤位于两侧者约为20~40%。对于两侧幕上动脉瘤病人,如能从一侧入路显露夹闭所有动脉瘤,可免除第二次手术。 本文作者选用16具尸体人头,采取经一侧额颞入路检查前循环四个常见动脉瘤部位的对侧显露,即对对侧眼动脉(OA)起点、后交通动脉(PCoA)起点、颈内动脉(ICA)终未分叉和大脑中动脉(MCA)分叉的显露进行评价。
The incidence of multiple intracranial aneurysms in the literature is reported to be 14% to 34%, with approximately 20 to 40% of aneurysms located on both sides. For patients with bilateral supratentorial aneurysms, the second surgery can be dispensed with if they can be used to expose all aneurysms from the side approach.
