目的:研究临床分离的大肠杆菌多重耐药株和敏感株中抗菌药物的主动外排系统。方法:用抽虑法测定大肠杆菌多重耐药株、敏感株以及标准质控菌对四环素和青霉素的积聚。结果:大肠杆菌敏感株和多重耐药株中四环素以及青霉素的稳定药物质量摩尔浓度呈能量依赖性降低,加入能量抑制剂,细胞内药物质量摩尔浓度上升,但敏感株变化轻微,而标准质控菌ATCC25922细胞内四环素和青霉素的质量摩尔浓度在加入能量抑制剂后显著下降。结论:临床分离的敏感株中亦存在能泵出四环素和青霉素的主动外排系统,但其外排功能显著低于多重耐药株
Objective: To study the active efflux system of antibacterials in clinical isolates of multi-drug resistant strains and sensitive strains of E. coli. Methods: The accumulation of tetracycline and penicillin in Escherichia coli multi-drug resistant strains, sensitive strains and standard quality control bacteria was determined by the method of decimation. Results: The mass concentrations of tetracycline and penicillin in Escherichia coli-susceptible and multi-drug resistant strains decreased in a dose-dependent manner. With the addition of energy inhibitor, the intramolecular drug molarity increased, but the susceptible strain changed slightly. However, The mass molarity of tetracycline and penicillin in ATCC25922 cells decreased significantly after addition of the energy inhibitor. Conclusion: There are also active efflux systems that can pump out tetracycline and penicillin in the clinically isolated sensitive strains, but the efflux function is significantly lower than that of the multi-resistant strains
