众所周知,班级是学校的一个最小单位,也是学校的重要组成部分之一,而班主任则是连接学校与班级的桥梁。在初中教学阶段,学生们的思想尚未完全成熟,因此,班主任在进行班级管理时要兼顾学生们的学习情况与心理人格发展,唯有如此,才可谓高效管理。在本文中,笔者便结合自身的班级管理经验谈谈在高效管理初中班级的具体策略。 As we all know, a class is one of the smallest units in a school. It is also an important part of a school. A class teacher is a bridge connecting a school with a class. In the junior high school teaching phase, the students’ thoughts have not yet fully matured. Therefore, when the teacher in charge of class should take into account the learning situation and psychological personality development of students, the teacher can be effectively managed. In this article, I will combine their own class management experience to talk about the specific strategies for the efficient management of junior high school classes.
