通过室温下单向拉伸和压缩试验研究了AZ31B镁合金挤压薄板的拉压不对称性。研究表明,在压缩过程中,孪生较拉伸易开动,单向压缩变形过程中产生的孪晶体积分数比拉伸大,使镁合金压缩屈服强度低于拉伸,导致镁合金薄板的拉压不对称性;对于挤压镁合金薄板,沿挤压方向和横向的压缩屈服强度均低于拉伸。
The tension-compression asymmetry of AZ31B magnesium alloy extruded sheet was studied by uniaxial tension and compression tests at room temperature. The results show that in the process of compression, the twins are easier to stretch than the stretching, and the volume fraction of twins generated in the uniaxial compression deformation is larger than the stretching, so that the compressive yield strength of the magnesium alloy is lower than the stretching, resulting in the tension and compression of the magnesium alloy sheet Asymmetry; for the extruded magnesium alloy sheet, along the extrusion direction and transverse compression yield strength are lower than the tensile.
