一、前言 热双金属片在受到温度影响时,由于各组元材料的膨胀系数不同,产生内应力,使热双金属片弯曲。热双金属片的受热方式一般有三种: (1)环境温度以空气对流的方式使双金属片受热。 (2)发热体以热幅射与空气对流的方式传热至双金属片。 (3)电流直接从热双金属片上通过而产生焦耳热。
I. INTRODUCTION Thermal bimetallic strip is affected by temperature. As the thermal expansion coefficient of each elemental material is different, internal stress is generated and the thermal double metal strip is bent. Hot bimetallic heating methods are generally three kinds: (1) the ambient temperature to air convection bimetal heat. (2) The heat-generating body transfers heat to the bimetal in a way of heat radiation and air convection. (3) The current flows directly from the hot bimetal to produce Joule heat.
