随着社会经济的发展,中小城市的不断崛起,市民对环境卫生的诉求在不断增加,城市化进程对城市配套设施建设的需求逐步增高,其中环卫设施建设供需矛盾日渐凸显。由于不同原因,部分中小城市在新城建设、旧城改造中环卫配套设施未及时跟进,在数量、质量和分部规划上建设存在不足和不合理。环境卫生是中小城市发展需要面对的民生问题,怎样做好中小城市环境卫生设施定点建设及维护,是一个值得认真思考的问题。 With the social and economic development, the continuous rise of small and medium-sized cities, people’s demands for environmental health are increasing, and the urbanization process has gradually increased the demand for supporting urban facilities. The contradiction between supply and demand of sanitation and construction facilities has become increasingly prominent. Due to different reasons, some small and medium-sized cities in the Metro construction, sanitation facilities in the transformation of the old city did not follow up in a timely manner, the quantity, quality and division of the building on the construction of inadequate and unreasonable. Environmental sanitation is a livelihood problem that small and medium-sized cities need to face. How to do the fixed-point construction and maintenance of environmental sanitation facilities in small and medium-sized cities is a question worth pondering seriously.
