通过对国内外村干部腐败理论和实践的研究,并以湖北某县为例,对村干部腐败预防相关工作进行实证分析,然后综合国内外研究调查和某县问卷分析结果,提出科学应对村干部腐败风险预警防控体系的四点对策:即构建村干部腐败风险教育体系;构建村干部腐败风险排查体系;构建村干部腐败风险防范体系;构建村干部腐败风险预警处置体系。 Through the research on the theory and practice of village cadres’corruption at home and abroad, taking a county in Hubei Province as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the work of village cadres’corruption prevention. Based on the domestic and international research and questionnaire analysis, Preventive corruption prevention and control system of the four countermeasures: that is, to build village cadres corruption risk education system; to build village cadres corruption risk screening system; to build village cadres corruption risk prevention system; to build village cadres corruption risk warning system.
