随着生产的发展 ,人们生活水平的提高 ,膳食结构的改变 ,人们对健康也越来越关注了。动物性制品消费量增加 ,食品卫生与人类健康方面出现了许多新问题 ,特别是从 1992年以来 ,由疯牛病、口蹄疫、禽流感以及肉中残留和病菌等的影响 ,人们对肉类的信任程度明显下降 ,但是随着人口的增长 ,今后几年肉类的消费量还是呈上升趋势。这些都对我国肉类工业的发展提出新的挑战机遇 ,特别是加入WTO后如何加强我国肉类产品在国际市场上的竞争力是一个迫在眉睫的问题。
With the development of production, the improvement of people’s living standards, the change in dietary structure, and people’s concern for health. The consumption of animal products has increased, and many new problems have emerged in food hygiene and human health. In particular, since 1992, people’s trust in meat has been affected by mad cow disease, foot-and-mouth disease, bird flu, and residues and germs in meat. Obvious decline, but as the population grows, the consumption of meat in the next few years still shows an upward trend. These all present new challenges and opportunities for the development of China’s meat industry. In particular, how to strengthen the competitiveness of China’s meat products in the international market after joining the WTO is an urgent issue.
