本文研究温阳益气中药对冰浴应激大鼠心肌环核苷酸含量的影响。结果表明应激大鼠心肌cAMP及cGMP均明显高于正常大鼠心肌含量;附子、黄芪使应激大鼠心肌的cAMP明显降低(p<0.01),而cGMP无明显影响。认为这是中医温阳益气法则治疗冠心病心肌缺血有效的作用机理。
This study was to investigate the effect of Wenyang Yiqi Chinese medicine on myocardial cyclic nucleotide content in ice-stress rats. The results showed that cAMP and cGMP were significantly higher in stress rats than those in normal rats. Aconite and astragale significantly reduced cAMP in stress rats (p<0.01), but cGMP had no significant effect. It is believed that this is an effective mechanism for the treatment of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease by TCM therapy based on warm Yang and Qi.
