倾听是有效交流的关键。心理学研究表明,人在内心深处,都有一种渴望别人尊重的愿望。每个人都喜欢和尊重自己谈话的人。人际交往中,善于倾听别人说话,及时把握信息,往往是了解对方,掌握更多信息。倾听作为交流活动的一个重要组成部分,和说话一样具有说服力、感染力。听一个人说话,不仅可以了解他说话的内容,还可以感觉到对方的气质特点、性格特征、文化品位等。培养自己成为一个良好的倾听者,对我们将受益匪浅。
Listening is the key to effective communication. Psychological studies have shown that people in the heart, there is a longing for others to respect the desire. Everyone likes and respects their conversations. In interpersonal communication, be good at listening to others, grasp the information in time, often know each other and have more information. Listening as an important part of communication is as persuasive and contagious as speaking. Listening to a person can not only understand the content of his speech, but also can feel each other’s temperament characteristics, personality traits, cultural taste and so on. Cultivate ourselves to be a good listener will benefit us greatly.
